Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the client to notify the coach of cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled sessions. Payments for services are non- refundable. The Coach will in good faith aim to schedule missed appointments. ALL appointments must be paid in full 24 hours prior to scheduled time.
